Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provides transportation for eligible West Virginia Medicaid Members to travel to and from their Medicaid covered healthcare services. NEMT services include gas mileage reimbursement, passes for fixed route buses, and transportation supplied by private transportation providers. Trip requests require 5 business days’ notice and transportation will only be provided to and from your address on record with West Virginia Medicaid. If you call LogistiCare with less than 5 days’ notice for a non-verifiable urgent trip, you may be asked to re-schedule. No transportation is provided for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

To make a reservation LogistiCare takes requests for routine transportation Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
